Welcome Sally Firmage, Licensed Acupuncturist

Sarah E. Firmage, Licensed acupuncturist, who prefers going by Sally, was raised in Salt Lake City, Utah. She obtained her BA degree in psychology from the University of Utah. She graduated from Awakening Spirit Massage School in 1998 and obtained her masters degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Five Branches University in Santa Cruz. CA in 2005. In 2016 she completed her yoga teacher training through In Body Academy located in Salt Lake City. 
She has also studied Therapeutic Touch, Jin Shin Jyutsu,  Craniosacral Therapy and completed a one-year internship in Yin Tuina.
In addition to her acupuncture practice, she teaches nutrition, shiatsu, pathology and anatomy/physiology at Myotherapy College of Utah. Her practice is focused on holistic healing with particular interest in emotional balancing for conditions such as stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia and recovery from trauma. She also works with women’s health, digestive issues and pain.
She offers a safe environment and welcomes everyone regardless of race, gender, religion or sexual orientation. She is also available to speak and teach on topics related to personal wellness, spirituality and health as a fundamental birthright.
