Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cup frozen peaches
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 Tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 1/2 cup baby spinach leaves


Directions

  • Combine the peaches, apple juice, water, chia seeds and spinach leaves in a blender; puree until smooth, about one minute. Serve immediately.
