Each of our aesthetic consultants is trained to handle our modern collection of technology, such as the Harmony XL PRO. Jennie Cameron - Clinic and Spa Director
Clinic and spa director Jennie Cameron is an experienced business leader who oversees administrative affairs and ensures optimal patient care. She and her husband, Dr. Todd Cameron started the center in 1996 where she became the Clinic Director at that time. Jennie was the proud recipient of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 small business program scholarship in 2013 and the 16 weeks in the program added extensive knowledge to the business about metrics, marketing, leadership, and what it takes to create a successful, thriving small business.
Michelle Christensen - Clinic Manager
As clinic manager of Cameron Wellness and Spa, Michelle helps foster a professional, warm environment where patients feel welcome. She has been working as the clinic manager of Cameron Wellness and Spa for more than six years. She strives to use her 20 plus years of management experience to help the clinic run smoothly and create a healing, compassionate atmosphere. Michelle loves the opportunity for constant learning, as well as building relationships with patients. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor adventures and making jewelry that she sells online and at the clinic. She has known and loved the Camerons for more than 15 years and believes in their dream of holistic, individualized healthcare for everyone.
Sarah Herbert - Office Assistant
Sarah has always been interested in natural healing and is excited to be a part of Cameron Wellness Center. She delights in welcoming patients and helping them feel comfortable. Sarah enjoys creating an atmosphere of caring which she has used extensively in her experience as a Flight Attendant and from working at the University Neuropsychiatric Institute. Sarah is a 250 YTT certified yoga instructor and is currently on staff as a fitness instructor at the University of Utah. She taught yoga to the U of U Alpine Skiing Team and the Salt Lake City Fire Department. She has also been a girl's youth basketball coach for many years. Originally from the east coast, she has traveled extensively in the US and overseas. Sarah has many interests but her family is her primary joy.
Aimee Steinly - Nurse Practioner
Aimee has been a nurse practitioner for three years in gastroenterology and colorectal surgery. She is skilled in minor procedures and ablative therapies. Prior to finishing her doctorate degree at the University of Utah, she was a registered nurse for 14 years and has worked in many areas of care including plastics/aesthetics. Aimee has always had a passion for natural medicine and integrates this into her daily practice. In her off time she loves to travel, walk her two dogs, make fun memories with her son, attend live music and socialize with friends/family.
Katrina Holmberg - Registered Nurse
Katrina Holmberg is a registered nurse who brings a wealth of training and expertise in naturopathic medicine along with a passion for excellence. She is an avid learner of all things health, which led her to become a registered nurse. She began with Cameron Wellness and Spa as a nursing student at Roseman University of Health Sciences in Henderson, NV, where she received her nursing degree in 2018. Prior to moving to Utah, she received a bachelor's degree in biopsychology, cognition, and neuroscience from the University of Michigan. During her time there, she discovered her interest in naturopathic and integrative medicine. Following her first degree, she worked as a medical assistant for an ear, nose, and throat physician and shadowed another physician specializing in integrative neuromusculoskeletal medicine. Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, skiing, hiking with her two Australian Shepherd mixes, and cooking low-carb meals.
Jaderee Eakle - Medical Assistant
Jaderee Eakle is a medical assistant who specializes in IV therapy and provides compassionate, attentive care to help patients recover from illnesses. Prior to joining Cameron Wellness and Spa, she spent three years working as a phlebotomist in a hospital setting where she received her IV certification. Prior to that, she worked as a certified nurse’s assistant for two years. In high school, she was an influential part of the Rare and Undiagnosed Community. Her own health issues, as well as her work experience, sparked her desire to become an advocate for patients who struggle with their health. In her free time, she enjoys making art, planting succulents, being around nature, and Sphynx cats.
Dana Bankhead - Medical Assistant
Dana Bankhead is a medical assistant who works in conjunction with our doctors by assisting in private treatment rooms and communicating with patients. Dana is an optimistic individual who serves as a medical assistant at Cameron Wellness and Spa. Dana is certified as a master aesthetician and has ten years of medical experience working in a plasma donation center. In the near future, she hopes to attend nursing school in order to expand her medical expertise. Dana is a mother of two young children and enjoys spending time with them outside of work.
Meet Susan – Master Aesthetician
Susan has served on the Cameron Wellness Center and Spa team as a master aesthetician since 2019. Prior to joining the team, she became one of the first aestheticians to start her own skin care school in Utah and worked in the education and training of aestheticians for 15 years. She now offers holistic treatments, including derma needling, laser hair removal, laser facial rejuvenation, to patients in Salt Lake City, UT..
Kaeci Durfey - Master Esthetician
Kaeci Durfey has been a Master Esthetician for 9 years and Esthetician Instructor for 5 years. She specializes in laser treatments, skincare and body contouring. She loves the beauty industry and loves taking care of clients and making them feel more confident. Kaeci joined Cameron's Wellness Center as a advanced laser specialist and is so excited to be apart of the team.
Bryan Lindquist - Licensed Massage Therapist
Bryan Lindquist is a licensed massage therapist with many years of experience in therapeutic bodywork techniques for pain relief and healing. Bryan grew up receiving regular reflexology treatments from his grandmother who was a student of the work of Eunice Ingham (a reflexology pioneer). This early exposure to the many benefits of bodywork inspired him to pursue formal training from the Myotherapy College of Utah. With more than 15 years of experience, his massage modalities include injury massage, deep tissue massage, Russian therapeutic massage, Swedish massage, reflexology, energy work, and Reiki. Bryan is also a clinical herbalist and owns a local herbal apothecary.
Todd Bates - Licensed Acupuncturist
Todd Bates is a highly trained acupuncturist who specializes in helping patients recover their natural balance and treating chronic conditions. Todd completed training in traditional Chinese medicine at the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Denver, CO. This 1,900+ hour training consisted of Chinese medical theory, diagnosis, acupuncture point location/uses, biomedicine, clean needle technique, Chinese herbal medicine, and student clinical applications. Todd practiced acupuncture in Colorado and Montana before joining Cameron Wellness and Spa in 2018. He enjoys talking with people about Chinese medicine and the benefits provided to all.
Sally Firmage - Licensed Acupuncturist
As a native of Salt Lake City, UT, Sally obtained her bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Utah. She graduated from Awakening Spirit Massage School in 1998 before earning her master's degree in traditional Chinese medicine from Five Branches University in Santa Cruz, CA. In 2016, she completed her yoga teacher training through In Body Academy in Salt Lake City. She has also studied therapeutic touch, Jin Shin Jyutsu, and craniosacral therapy along with completing a one-year internship in Yin Tuina. In addition to her acupuncture practice, she teaches nutrition, shiatsu, pathology, and anatomy/physiology at Myotherapy College of Utah. She also speaks and teaches on topics related to personal wellness, spirituality, and health as a fundamental birthright.
As a licensed acupuncturist at Cameron Wellness and Spa, Sally focuses on holistic healing with a particular interest in emotional balancing for stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia, and trauma recovery. She is also an expert in women’s health, digestive issues, and pain. Sally is dedicated to fostering a safe environment where she welcomes people of all races, genders, religions, and sexual orientations.
Amie Brooke, Licensed Acupuncturist
Amie is a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist with over 25 years of clinical experience and advanced training to heal pain, sleep and anxiety conditions with safe, natural healthcare solutions. She has a specialty in treating orthopedic pain and sports injuries and helping athletes and weekend warriors enhance their performance.
