Schedule Your Visit Request an appointment online or call our office. We'll confirm your date and time within 1 business day. ### 2\. Complete Intake Forms New patient paperwork will be sent via email. Please complete it before your visit to save time. ### 3\. Initial Consultation Your first visit is 60–90 minutes. Dr. Cameron or a provider will review your health history and goals. ### 4\. Personalized Care Plan You'll receive a tailored treatment plan addressing root causes. Follow-up visits track your progress. ## What to Bring - List of current medications and supplements - Recent lab results or medical records (if available) - Completed new patient intake forms - List of questions or health concerns ## Payment Information We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. Payment is due at the time of service. We also offer package pricing for ongoing care. Financing is available through Cherry for qualifying patients.
