Personalized Diet and Nutrition Plan

Are you looking to lose weight, have more energy, boost your immune system, become vegetarian or vegan, embark on a cleanse? A Personalized Diet and Nutrition plan will help you find your way.

You might be suffering from digestive issues, low immune function or just want to feel healthier. We can help you move toward your goals and give you the support and advice you need to enhance your life and achieve optimum health.

Food not only provides the fuel your body needs to function but constantly supplies the nutrients required to build and regenerate body tissue, bone, muscle, fat, and blood. Holistic nutrition takes into account the “whole” person and strives to bring back balance to all aspects of a human being including mental, emotional, and physical health. Food is the foundation of holistic nutrition. The quality of food you eat affects your well-being. One diet does not fit all, we are all metabolically unique and we tailor our recommendations to each patients’ needs. You will receive a personalized diet and nutrition plan based on your special situation. Our quest is to help educate and empower you to support your body’s innate healing ability. Modern medicine focuses on treating the symptoms; we focus on getting to the root cause.

At the Cameron Wellness Center we make every effort to explore behind all three doors using blood labs, making calculations based on those findings, and most import of all, listening to the patient.  Treatment plans and follow-up are then tailored to the individual’s needs.
