When To Stay Home

In order to remain open during normal hours, and to keep our staff healthy, we kindly ask any patients who are currently experiencing the following symptoms to call and reschedule their appointments. In some cases a phone consultation will be an option.

  • Have traveled outside of the United States within the last 2 months. to countries that are affected by COVID-19

How can Vitamin C help prevent colds, flu and protect against viruses

Unique Advice About Preventing the Coronavirus

If you have a runny nose and sputum, you have a common cold. Coronavirus pneumonia is a dry cough with no runny nose.

It will first infect the throat, so you’ll have a sore throat lasting 3/4 days.

The virus then blends into a nasal fluid that enters the trachea and then the lungs, causing pneumonia. This takes about 5/6 days further.
